At the heart of the Innovation Centre is our 8-axis simultaneous robotic milling system, equipped with a high-speed spindle, rotary-tilt table, and automatic tool changer. This allows us to achieve tight tolerances and complex geometries with precision and repeatability.
We offer a wide range of prototyping technologies, including cutting, bonding, welding, and milling. We can create detailed surface finishes, integrate metal wiring, add hinges or inserts, and build fixation solutions and complex assemblies, supporting everything from early mock-ups to crash and function-tested parts and post process covering.
We also provide hybrid prototyping, including ARPRO over-moulding in partnership with HAPP GmbH. For validation, our 3D scanner delivers digital reports that compare CAD files to physical parts, tailored to meet your specifications.
