ARPRO Application-Specific grades are engineered for specialised needs, offering ESD protection, UV resistance, fire retardancy, and more for enhanced performance.

We offer a range of ARPRO Application-Specific grades developed to meet exacting performance requirements across multiple industries. Each grade provides tailored functionality without compromising on quality or environmental responsibility.

• Fire Retardant (ARPRO FR): Reduces flammability, delays combustion, and is self-extinguishing (HF-1) as per UL94 HBF. Unlike many flame-retardant materials, it meets strict environmental standards while delivering high performance.

• Electrostatic Discharge Protection (ARPRO ESDP): Essential for protecting sensitive electronics from static discharge. The surface resistance of moulded parts depends on their moulded density and is guaranteed to be below 10⁷-10⁸ Ω, effectively dissipating electrical charge to safeguard packaged goods.

• UV Resistance (ARPRO 5135 UV): Designed for outdoor use, it resists sunlight-related degradation. Tested to ISO 105-A02, it delivers a unique level of UV resistance for an EPP grade. 

• Complex Geometry (ARPRO 5635 CG): Ideal for intricate designs, thin walls, and detailed components, supporting high-precision moulding.

• Low Stick & Slip (ARPRO 5135 LSS): Enables components to move or slide smoothly over each other or other surfaces, eliminating friction and noise.

• Radar Reduction (ARPRO 5195 RR): Reduces electromagnetic interference in sensor-heavy environments. A 1 cm-thick plank reduces radar signal power at 75–80 GHz by nearly 20dB—a 100-fold reduction.
