Available in bulk densities from 16 to 200 g/l, this versatile EPP material combines deep black colouration with suitability for a wide range of applications.
With 16 grades to choose from, it enables energy- and cost-efficient moulding by allowing the right density to be matched to each requirement. Depending on grade, particle weight ranges from 1.0 to 2.0 mg and particle size from 1.5 to 6.0 mm. The recommended moulded density range spans 18 to 250 g/l, supporting both lightweight and high-strength solutions.
All grade options from 16 to 30 g/l, as well as those above 42 g/l, are approved for direct food contact, offering safe, durable, and reusable solutions for a wide range of packaging and product applications.
