To support the circular economy and reduce plastic waste, ARPRO Recycled grades incorporate carefully selected recycled content. ARPRO RE and ARPRO REvolution use post-consumer EPP waste, while ARPRO 35 Ocean incorporates 15% recycled content from maritime industry waste such as fishing ropes and nets. Designed to lower CO2 emissions without sacrificing quality, these materials provide sustainable alternatives across packaging, leisure, furniture, and lightweight construction applications.
ARPRO RE
ARPRO RE grades deliver performance equivalent to virgin ARPRO while reducing carbon footprint. With 30% recycled content, these grades offer a sustainable choice without compromising strength, mouldability, or durability, ideal for a wide range of technical and non-technical applications.
ARPRO REvolution
Developed in response to growing demand for higher recycled content, ARPRO REvolution contains an impressive 90% post-consumer EPP waste. Launched by JSP in 2022, it targets non-technical uses such as packaging, leisure, and furniture. Compared to virgin ARPRO, it reduces CO2 emissions by 55%, making it the lowest-carbon expanded polypropylene available.
