Our Continuous Improvement program is designed for long-term collaboration with our customers to address critical challenges in their production process. Together, we identify a key issue, such as capacity limitations, pre-treatment efficiency, grade optimisation, or reduction of moulded density, and develop a targeted action plan. This structured support includes three planned visits over several months: the first to analyse the situation, the second to implement changes, and the third to review the outcomes and validate the results. By allowing time to assess the real impact of each action, we ensure sustainable improvements that deliver measurable value.
