ARPRO Development Phase

From concept to ready-to-manufacture design

We turn research into optimised, producible designs using simulation, prototyping, and EPP expertise. Find out what happens in the Development phase.

ARPRO Development Phase

Development is where concepts take shape. We work alongside you to transform research outcomes into manufacturable designs. With advanced simulation, prototyping, and our ARPRO expertise, we optimise designs under real-world constraints, ensuring high performance, repeatability and production readiness, without compromise.

In the Development phase, our goal is to refine and validate your design, turning ideas into products that can be manufactured reliably. We use simulation tools like Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to assess performance under real-world conditions such as crash loads, airflow, or temperature resistance.

We help define the optimal ARPRO geometry, density, and structural layout for your application. Our engineers carry out moulding feasibility studies and validate each design digitally before a single prototype is produced.

Once the simulation confirms your part’s potential, we move to physical testing. Our prototyping capabilities range from 3D printing and bonded assemblies to advanced hybrid solutions and robotic milling. These allow for fast design iterations and accurate testing of crashworthiness, form and function, and assembly.

We support every stage from CAD generation and tolerance optimisation to colour selection and part complexity while always keeping manufacturing in mind. The result? Faster decision-making, lower risk, and a clear path to production.
